In this video as part of TDM’s online course “The ABC’s of LGBTQ+”, we scripted and produced an acted scene about a scenario where a company’s marketing team is looking for ways to celebrate Pride Month without pride washing. Which is the practice of using rainbow colors and/or imagery to indicate progressive support for LGBTQ+ equality without putting in actual effort or producing a tangible outcome for queer folk.
